Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order and receive a 100% full refund at any time before it has been shipped.
After Shipping: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
No Unauthorized Returns: Please do not return any packages or products to us. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Due to the nature of biological seed genetics, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on seed products under any circumstances.

Photo Verification: We photograph each order prior to shipping. If you receive an incorrect product or damaged seeds, you must email us adequate photographic evidence.
Fulfillment Errors: If we confirm through our pre-shipping records that an error or damage occurred on our part, we will re-ship the correct replacement products at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective merchandise must be submitted within four weeks of receiving the product.
Company Error: We will fully cover expenses for any merchandise errors on our part.

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Incorrect Addresses: If the courier deems the provided address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to us. Reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed packages returned to our facility will require the customer to cover the cost of reshipment.

EU Consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods.
Governing Language: This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
