Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Johnny Seeds Bank Seed Bank provides a 100% refund on all orders before they are shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds for any reason. We may consider offering a replacement order solely at our discretion if a product has been damaged or is found to be faulty. We do not accept returns for any reason.

We photograph each order before shipping, so if you receive incorrect products or seeds with damage, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion, provided that the customer supplies adequate photographic evidence. If Johnny Seeds Bank Seed Bank confirms that an error was made, we will re-ship the replacement products at no additional cost.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PACKAGES TO US, AS THEY WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER.

REFUND POLICY

SEEDS

Johnny Seed Bank does not accept returns for any reason. However, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before it is shipped.

If you receive an incorrect product in your shipment, please email us a photo of the items you received. If we confirm through our pre-shipping photo that the wrong product was sent, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

Please do not return any products to us, as the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

MERCHANDISE

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within four weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the expenses for any errors on our part.

Wrong Address – If the courier deems the provided address insufficient, the shipment will be returned. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed – Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment (if applicable).

For EU consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
